Your privacy
We ask only for what we need to look after your appointment at Sidr Grooming House.
What we collect
Your name and mobile number, your email address if you choose to give it, any note you add to a booking, and the details of your appointments. We don’t need or ask for an account, a password, or payment details online.
How we use it
To confirm, manage and remind you about your appointments, to recognise you when you book again, and to understand how busy the salon is. We don’t use it for advertising and we don’t sell it.
Who sees it
Only the Sidr Grooming House team who need it to serve you. If reminders are sent by email or messaging, the provider delivering them processes your contact details for that purpose only.
How long we keep it
Booking history is kept for 24 months after your last visit, then removed or anonymised, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us or ask at the salon; we’ll confirm once it’s done.
Security
Booking links are private and unguessable, all traffic is encrypted, and staff access is limited by role.
