Booking policy

How booking works

Simple rules so every appointment starts on time.

Booking
You can book online from 1 hour ahead and up to 60 days in advance. You’ll see a confirmation immediately.
Changing your time
You can move your appointment online until 3 hours before it starts.
Cancelling
You can cancel online, free of charge, until 3 hours before your appointment. After that, please message us.
Running late
Let us know on WhatsApp. We’ll keep your place if we can; if the delay would affect the next client, we may need to shorten the service or move it.
Payment
You pay at the salon after your appointment. Nothing is charged when you book online.
Prices
Prices shown include VAT. The total on your confirmation is an estimate; if you add or change services at the salon, the final amount will reflect that.
